You agree to keep your account information (including delivery addresses and contact details) accurate and up to date. Outdated information that causes delivery failures or order errors is your responsibility.
You may only hold one active customer account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or abuse promotions is prohibited and may result in all accounts being suspended.
We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and sizes. However, colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings, and dimensions are approximate. Product images are for illustrative purposes.
All prices are displayed in KES and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items at any time. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or alternative.
An order confirmation email means we have received your order request — not that a contract has been formed. A binding contract is formed when we dispatch your order and send a shipping notification.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via an accepted payment method (M-Pesa, Cash on Delivery, card, or PayPal where available). We reserve the right to cancel unpaid orders.
We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. In such cases, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, adverse weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for items passes to you upon delivery confirmation. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery at the address provided.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors after we have initiated the refund.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
